Formally known as the "Blue Cottage". It was recently updated with a new porch with red pine logs, and newer windows and doors. New knotty, white pine siding, and white pine paneling on the inside.  Beautiful bathroom - porcelain\marble tiles, glass shower. Also updated kitchen with oak cabinets, gas range\oven, porcelain tiles, and beautiful granite countertops.

Include 3 piece bathroom, and a fully furnished living/dining room. Full kitchen including fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots, and pans. There is patio furniture provided outside, a porch overlooking the river, a private river frontage, a barbecue with one propane tank, a fire pit, and a picnic table.
